Emergency Crews Respond to Mount Druitt Stabbing

According to New South Wales Police, officers from the Mount Druitt Police Area Command attended the scene shortly before 9 p.m. after receiving reports of an assault. Police officers provided assistance to the injured man before NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived.

Despite the efforts of emergency personnel, the man died at the scene. Authorities initially withheld his identity while formal identification procedures were pending. A crime scene was established as investigators began examining the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident.

The seriousness of the case prompted assistance from the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad as part of the investigation.

Two Teenagers Charged Following Investigation

Police announced on October 11 that two teenage boys had been arrested in connection with the alleged killing.

A 13-year-old boy was arrested at Mount Druitt Police Station and charged with murder, breach of bail, and an unrelated robbery offence. A 16-year-old boy was arrested at a residence in Cabramatta and charged with murder as an accessory after the fact.

Both teenagers were refused bail and were scheduled to appear before a children's court on October 12, according to police. The charges represent allegations, and the case remains subject to the legal process.

Investigators are working to establish what happened before the fatal assault and whether the incident involved a targeted confrontation or another set of circumstances. Police have not publicly established a definitive motive.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Video Evidence

Authorities have urged anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant information to come forward. Investigators are particularly interested in CCTV recordings, mobile phone footage, and dashcam video that could help reconstruct the events.

Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit information through the official website at crimestoppers.nsw.gov.au.

Community Concerns and Investigation Continues

The fatal incident has drawn attention to public safety concerns in Mount Druitt and the wider western Sydney area. Residents are encouraged to rely on verified police announcements rather than speculation circulating online.

Investigators continue to examine available evidence and witness accounts to clarify the circumstances surrounding the man's death. Further information may be released as the proceedings and investigation progress.

The case remains a serious criminal matter, and authorities are asking members of the public with relevant evidence to assist detectives in establishing the full sequence of events.
